Difficulty Update + Windows release!

Hey, quick update about this, what, 8-month-old game? Sure, I guess! :)

In the process of uploading my old jam games to Gamejolt, I'm updating them a bit as well. If it looks like the game got harder, that's because I added difficulty settings! The classic difficulty is easy now, and the default is normal.
